Terms of delivery and payment
THINK TODAY online store customer
Online store products are sold by THINK TODAY Zoro Ky Y-2152315-0. We sell products to adult individuals in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. If you want more information about the online store or our products, please contact us. Consumer trade complies with the applicable Finnish and European Union Consumer Protection Legislation.
Products will be ordered from thinktoday.fi via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the valid delivery terms for each order. All orders are treated confidentially. The personal data stored in the user register is used for customer relations and contacts, as well as for purposes related to other online services. We will send you an order confirmation email with a link to track your order and order number.
Delivery time is 5-14 days depending on the stock status of the product. All of our products are not stock products. We make our products in part from recycled materials, this may affect the time spent on the delivery and manufacturing process. Orders will be shipped within 5-14 business days of receiving the order. There are product-specific delivery time differences in the products. If the product is not available within the delivery time estimate, we will contact the customer. If delivery is in a hurry, please contact us and inquire about the exact delivery time estimate of the product you ordered before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside our scope. The obligatory sales agreement enters into force after the order is logged in our online store’s ordering system.
Customer information is stored in our customer register, where the information is used to maintain and manage the customer relationship. We have the right to process the information in the register for legitimate uses in ordering matters. We use newsletter subscriber information for marketing (such as direct marketing) purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).
Products and prices
The prices of the products are in connection with the product presentations. Our products include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Product prices do not include delivery charge. Delivery charge is specified and fixed 5.90 € / order.
With the Klarna Checkout service, you can easily, flexibly and securely shop online. By answering a couple of easy questions, you will conveniently identify yourself in the service and you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
The payment methods are invoice, installment payment, online banking it and credit cards – all equally safe! By using the Klarna Checkout service, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna Bank AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm), which you can find at checkout. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly. You will find customer service contact information, Oma Klarna service and other useful information at https://www.klarna.com/fi/asiakaspalvelu. The payment method can be selected from the payment methods available in the shopping cart; invoice, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard cards, Online Banking or flexible installment payment. Klarna AB acts as the provider of the payment intermediation service and the payment service provider.
Our delivery fees are fixed for all products and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. Delivery fee is 5.90 € / shipment.
Delivery methods and payment
We are using Postis services. We will send the ordered products by post as soon as possible. If any of the goods in the order are out of stock or delivery is delayed from the stated product-specific delivery time, we will contact the customer.
The delivery methods are Postal Parcel in Finland, pick-up from the Post Office of your choice. The delivery fee includes packaging and delivery costs
Our fixed delivery fees are: Pickup from the selected Post Office 5.90 € / shipment. Fees are automatically added to the total amount of the order. The progress of the shipment can be tracked based on the shipment ID.
Right to return the product and instructions for return
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which must be notified by telephone or e-mail. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.
Products will be returned with Posti’s customer return number. Please ask the number by e-mail email@example.com and tell us why you are returning the product.
Our return policy works in cooperation with Klarna.
Product defect correction
If the delivered product is damaged during delivery, you must immediately send us a written error message. At the same time, please let us know whether the product will be returned and whether you want the money back or you hope us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one. If we agree to return the product, you can leave the product as a customer return to Posti. An account number must be provided for a refund. An order confirmation is included with the order. This is a receipt and warranty certificate. If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately, no later than within 14 days to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the Post Office immediately about the product.
Any product complaints must be made directly to customer service email@example.com or 040 5441138. Product complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return via Posti
The shipment can be returned via the Posti service point. Write THINK TODAY customer return on top of the package.
NOTE! The return must be properly packed so that the product or its packaging is not damaged during transport. We do not accept undue returns and will charge the cost of this or a badly packaged return. Products cannot be returned after 14 days of delivery Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
Not picking the product up is not the same thing as returning the product.
If the customer does not pick up their package within 14 days, the package will be sent back to THINK TODAY / Zoro Ky. For non-collected packages we charge delivery costs. The fee consists of the actual costs of delivery, re-storage and other costs. The amount will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
